HISTORY
More than 70 years of experience in the wood market.
Our family tradition:
Originally, in the middle of the 20th century, in order to package the Valencian oranges that were to be exported by sea, we used sawn pine wood.
In the 60’s, we switched to a folding box made of poplar due to its organoleptic characteristics. This box was known as Mussy in the wood market because of the French Company that first introduce it.
In the 70’s, oranges were auctioned in European markets, which required exquisite presentation: We were the first to start manufacturing this new, innovative box. We used different variations and sizes using the durable poplar plywood. From there, we become the leaders in exports.
In the 80’s, we took another big step forward. By improving the quality of our poplar products, we were able to penetrate more demanding markets such as construction, automobiles, nautical, caravanning as well as the toy and DIY market.
